Court Case Results
The following are some of our recent case results. We have hundreds of successful outcomes. These court cases are from Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando Counties in Florida.
First degree felony burglary battery charge. In a road rage incident, client was accused of reaching into the victim’s car and pulling him out. Client was looking at 30+ years in prison. Charges reduced to one count of trespass, a 2nd degree misdemeanor. Paid fine and court costs.
After Motion to Suppress – Dismissed. Client was stopped for squealing tires on wet roadway in New Port Richey Florida. We filed a Motion to Suppress which the trial court granted. State appealed. State lost at appellate level, DUI was dismissed.
Dismissed. Illegal search of car. Client got his gun back and kept his concealed weapons permit.
Client charged with having a firearm on school property, a first degree felony. Several witnesses allegedly saw the gun during study hall. After a lengthy trial – NOT GUILTY. Judge ruled no one could prove the gun was real or a firearm.
Client accused of hitting her neighbor and stealing her cell phone. After all of the client’s side of the story was argued to the Pasco County State Attorney, charge was reduced to a trespass.
Dismissed. Client was charged in an under cover drug sale. Warrant was issued but never served. Charges were dismissed based on the Statute of Limitations.
Not Guilty after jury trial.
DUI reduced to a reckless driving charge – Felony Possession of Controlled substance dismissed. This case involved a single car accident. After the accident, the police searched the car and found several pills on the floorboard.
Dismissed after hearing. The client was accused of Sexual Battery in a separate criminal investigation. After hearing the evidence in the DVI, he was never arrested and all criminal charges were dropped.
Not Guilty after trial. Neighbor accused client of hitting him with a baseball bat. On the witness stand neighbor consistently lied and was found not credible, despite injuries.
Reduced to civil traffic ticket.
This was our clients 4th Florida DWLSR and the client had at least 10 DWLSR’s in other states. By working with attorney’s in those other states, and successful negotiation, she was able to avoid jail time and within several months, got a valid Florida Driver’s License.
